To this end, there are several provisions that the developers have made in order to offer this lifestyle to those who choose to rent or purchase in the community. Westfall Village is outfitted with its own independent gas supply and water supply. This ensures that any issues with service are village specific and means that the community is not subject to the whims of the larger companies. Should any problems arise with water or gas, they can be corrected as soon as possible, with very little delay. The community is, however, connected with the public sewer system so that waste is disposed of efficiently.
In addition to independence when it comes to many basic utilities, there are parts of Westfall Village that are dedicated to wilderness. There is a conservation site on the premises that will never be developed—this ensures that Westfall Village retains much of its wild charm.
