Born and raised in Rensselaer County, Patanian started in the building and land development business in 1985. His custom homes became recognized for quality and outstanding design, and retain a high market value.
Patanian has also provided his expertise in moving upstate New York forward, serving as a representative on the Rensselaer County Water and Sewer Authority, the Capital District Regional Planning Commission and the Sand Lake Business Association, along with support for other local organizations.
