Floor Plans and Elevations

Patanian Homes is currently offering 2 standard floor plans for the townhome phase of the Westfall Village development. Room dimensions are approximate. We reserve the right to modify or change floor plans, specifications, features or price without notice.

All homes can be modified for customer needs including meeting the current specifications of the ADA (for example widening doorways or changing the layouts for bathrooms)
