Event Description

The Parade of Homes Tour, showcasing the latest design trends and techonologies in residential construction, has moved to the spring. Please come and enjoy touring fifteen spectacular homes crafted by some of the area’s finest builders during the first two weekends of June.

This tour is one of the best opportunities for choosing a new home selecting a builder and viewing the latest designs, styles, finishes, materials and technologies.

For the fifth year, CRBRA is proud to be making a generous donation from ticket sales to the local chapter of the American Cancer Society.

Chef’s on Parade

June 1 will be our first appearance in the Parade of Homes “Chefs on Parade”. We are very lucky and pleased to have Chef Paul of Paolo Lombardi’s be our designated chef for this event.

Chef Lombardi spares no expense in procuring the finest and freshest products available.Items are made to order so to insure freshness.Veal, chicken, and steaks are cut by hand daily and prepared in the kitchen, and the seafood is always the freshest available.

Tickets: $35 per person include Friday nigth- June 1 from 5:00 – 10:00 pm, plus all 4 days of Parade of Homes June 2, 3, 9 & 10. The Chefs on Parade Ticket is an all inclusive pass. Tickets are limited and will go on sale May 15 on-line.

Open Houses

We are having them every Sunday from 1-3 pm. Please stop by and check out what we are doing with the property. We will be breaking ground for the community pool next month and paving the roads by June. We are also pleased to announce that the Averill Park Market will be held here from June until October and the Sand Lake Bicentennial will be held here in August. Stay tuned for more details!

Broker’s Open House

Unlike other townhomes in the area, the Westfall Village townhomes all have first floor master bedrooms and at least 2 bedrooms found on the second floor. Not only is the a great layout for families with young children but it works well for seniors who hope to have space for grandchildren to come visit. Many of the townhome designs have a 4th bedroom available which could be used as a den or office space. Just in time for the holidays and out of town visitors! This time next year you can be hosting Thanksgiving in your brand new Westfall Village townhome!

Open Houses – Next Two Weekends!

Patanian Homes is opening their townhomes for public viewing for two Sundays in December – the 11th and the 18th – both take place from 1 pm to 3 pm.
