We have several townhome lots available, which offer the same quality and amenities as our single family homes, except we take care of your exterior maintenance, snow removal and garbage pickup for a low $150/month HOA fee. We will build custom townhomes on our many remaining townhouse lots. We also have 1-oversized townhouse lot remaining that could facilitate a stand alone home if attached townhomes are not for you. Please also inquire about our townhome rentals.
